Pricing FAQ
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for. If your subscription fully ends and you later resubscribe, you'll join at whatever price is current at that time — your old locked price isn't automatically restored.
Do I need a credit card to start Free?
No — the Free plan doesn't require payment details. You only enter payment information when you choose Pro or Studio.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is ever deleted. If a downgrade puts you over your new plan's app or competitor limits, the excess apps and competitors stay in your account and remain visible, but become inactive/read-only for ongoing processing until you're back within your plan's limits. You choose which apps and competitors stay active.
Who handles payment and billing?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your payment details, sales tax/VAT, and receipts — Base Momentum never sees or stores your card details.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from Settings → Billing & Subscription. Switching moves you to the current price for that billing interval — we'll always show you the new price before you confirm.
